Lake Siskiyou County is abundant with bird life and natural history. Osprey offers bird-watching tours which will enable you to navigate a kayak with safer techniques so that you can paddle quietly close to birds and watch from a unique vantage point.

Please come out and enjoy the early morning hours of a two-to-three hour lake tour close to sunrise.

You can enjoy the migratory birds here close to Mt. Shasta. Lake Siskiyou offers excellent bird watching opportunities. Since you are moving effortlessly through the water, quietly paddling, you can really get to some great positions to watch the birds.

Lake Siskiyou Birdwatching Tours tours $100 per person per 3-hour tour. Includes lunch or snack and all kayaking equipment.

Minimum tour size: Two participants


Equipment provided:

Lake Kayak
Paddle
Life jacket

What you need to bring:

Wind breaker
Clothes that can get wet
Dry clothes to change into, just in case!
Shoes that can get wet.
You will need to bring your own binoculars and bird books.
