One or two days on the river! Playboating:

"Are you a river runner or a playboater?" Eric Jackson, a professional playboater and Olympian, asked me that once in a clinic. I felt like I had to make a choice! Then, realizing that I could be both, I was less afraid of being on the wrong side of the river!

I playboat when I run rivers. That's what has kept kayaking alive for me for the past ten years. To be an effective teacher, you need to be a learner. Playboating has made me a learner, and I love it! So, come on out for a playboating clinic and let me teach you what I have learned from the pros. You will learn how to improve your stern squirts to cartwheels and blunts.

Private lessons: $300 per day.
Semi-private (two person): $200 per person/per day.

• Prerequisites: Solid class II boating skills and a reliable river roll.
• Equipment: Having your own helps a lot. But, you can try out some new designs from Wavesport kayaks, too!
• Demo the latest play boat for $10 extra (Subject to availability)
